Happy Thanksgiving Y'all!

I know its still a few days away but I wanted to go ahead and wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! I am going to be VERY busy this week so in case I dont get the opportunity to post later, I thought I would now! I am going to be spending the day with my family! We always wake up early Thursday to make sausgae balls and watch the Thanksgiving Day parade! I have dont that practically my whole life and I am still doing it now! Then we have our big Thanksgiving Day dinner with our turkey, dressing, stuffing, ham, caseroles, vegetables and of course the deserts!!! Then we play some board games and watch a Christmas movie or two. And we cant forget the Black Friday shopping! Im not sure if I am up for it this year. Last year, I waited outside, in the FREEZING cold for almost 3 hours outside of Toys R Us. NOT FUN! So Im not sure if I am going to participate in that this year, we will see! Oh and then on Friday I get to decorate the house for Christmas! I am still living with my parents through college, and my mom goes ALL out with her Christmas decorations! But I wouldnt have it any other way!

What are y'alls favorite Thanksgiving Day traditions??  Any the same as mine? My favorite would probably be watching the parade and eating sausage balls! I only get to eat sausgae balls once a year so I try and take advantage of it!

Then on Saturday, the 26th, my twins will be turning 3 years old!! I know I have mentioned them a few times before and I have a few pictures of them under my about me section. For those of you who dont know, my twins are my dogs Jack and Cora. They are from the same litter and look identical minus the size! Anyways, I am having a little party for them on Saturday! I have them each a little "doggie" cake and they are getting some presents! They are spoiled! But they deserve it, they are the best!!

The top two pictures are actually from their first Birthday!! I know!! Its sickening how much I love them! I treat them like kids but thats what they are to me, my kids!

Seeing as how it is Thanksgiving week, I thought it would be fun to say what I am Thankful for and let you all tell me what you are thankful for! I am very thankful for my friends and family! I have an amazing support system who all love me unconditonally. I am also thankful for my two babies (of course!). I am thankful for the roof over my head. The opportunity to receive an education. I am thankful to have food on the table each night. And most importantly, God.

Hello all!!

I hope everyone had a great weekend! I certainly did! Its nice being off from school for the whole next week!!! This semester has certainly been a breeze up until now! So, this break is a much needed one if I do say so myself! I am taking 2 online classes and 2 regular classes this semester! My online classes are pretty easy! Everything is so well paced. My other classes are a completely different story.

After Thanksgiving break I only have 3 days of classes to attend but a total of 4 classes in all. While that seems simple enough, I assure you that it is not. Why you ask? Well because I have a paper, presentation, notebook check and field notes all due within those 3 class days! Really not looking forward to that at all! But I took this past weekend to enjoy myself because I knew this coming week I would be having to catch up on all of my school work.

BUT I will be taking some time out this week to take my mom to see Breaking Dawn. She has been begging me to take her so that gives me an excuse to see it again. Hopefully it will get my mind away from the school work for a few hours! And who knows, I might like it better the second time around. Has anyone else seen it more than once? I know a lot of you who read my blog are MAJOR Twi-hards so I am assuming you have all seen it a few times at this point.

On a side note, I am still trying to reach my goal of 650 followers on Twitter so that I can finally give away one of the three(four now!) Twilight soundtracks of the winners choice!!!! I have been working on this for a year. I gave up at at about 500 followers because real life got in the way and I didnt have time to promote my blog and Twitter as much. Even though I gave up trying to get more, somehow I am now only FIFTY FOUR followers away from my goal!! So thanks to everyone who got me this far and kept the word out there! You all are amazing. Hopefully I still have some readers out there who are wanting to participate in the contest! And for those of you who cant remember all of the details, here is a refresher: rules! And thats it! At the rate my twitter followers keeps jumping, I expect to be there in a week or less. So if you are still interested, follow the link above and enter the contest! But remember, you must follow ALL of the rules in order to be eligible to win! IT 2010 class/Breaking Dawn review!

First off, I know I have been MIA for A LONG TIME and for that I am sorry! I have been trying my best to keep up with everyone on Twitter but my blogging has suffered! Real life has a way of getting in the way sometimes! But I am back (for now anyways!)

As some of you may already know, I am a student at Georgia State. This semester, I am taking an online class called IT 2010. It is basically to help me better understand technology and Web 2.0. One of my assignments was to create a blog. And seeing as how I already have a blog, I thought it would be fun to add to my own while still being able to demonstrate that I know how to use blogger effectively!

This week was actually a PERFECT week for this assignment and to update the blog! Why you ask? Because Breaking Dawn Part 1 came out this week!!!!! So this just gives me an excuse to talk about my FAVORITE movie franchise while at the same time doing my homework! I just hope my instructor is a Twilight fan!

So here goes nothing!

Let me first say that I LOVED Breaking Dawn the book version. I know it got tons of bad reviews from fans and what not but I personally loved it. It was by far my favorite of the four books. Any one elses?

Well, I went Thursday night (techincally this morning) for the midnight release with my bestie, Nichole, who I have mentioned a few times on the blog! I was actually very surprised to see that the theater was not all that crowded compared to the New Moon and Eclipse midnight release. Anywhoo, I had my Twilight Tee on and was ready to go! I even watched the other 3 movies and played the board games the night before(I know, I know!!) I was very excited! And lets keep in mind that its been a whole year and a half since Eclipse was released, so of course they have been hyping up Breaking Dawn until this point.

Now for the bad part!!

I was actually dissapointed with the film :( I hate even saying that, but its true! I dont know if it was because of all of the hype and excitedment building up or what but I left the theater dissapointed.  But I wasnt the only one, my bestie was equally dissapointed. But dont fear, A LOT of people are saying its the best yet. So you be the judge!

The movie itself was not bad. I thought it was good. It just felt so RUSHED! Everything happened so fast! I know its a movie and they obviously cant drag everything out like they do in the books but I felt like the first three movies did an amazing job of doing so compared to this one. I felt like the other three all lived up to the books, but for this one I actually enjoyed the books so much better.

They made some changes to the order of events in the book, which I can live with. But I wish they had added some key scenes from the book! For instance, Bellas dream about the baby before and during the honeymoon. I thought that was a pretty key scene. And also, I liked the interaction between both Jacob and Alice (when they bond) and the interaction between him and Rosalie as well (the dog bowl scene!) Unfortunatley, none of those were in the movie. Thats only a few of the scenes that were not added. Again, I know they can only do so much with a book turned movie.

One other thing that I couldnt stand was the fact that they died Roberts hair dark brown/black. Why? I didnt realize vampires died their hair! I thought they were frozen in time! He looks ridiculous! Maybe thats just me though! And dont even get me started on the talking werewolves scene! I only have one word for it; Corny!

One more thing that got to me was towards the end when Edward bites out the baby. He knows that Bella cant survive this and still when he gets the baby out he is busy showing her off and cuddling with her. Um hello? The reason for your exsistence is dying on the table. Pass the baby off and ooh and ahh over her after you save Bellas life!

I did like the ending. Even thought it was a little misleading. It left off right where I thought it would. Plus we actually got to see some stuff that I didnt think we would be able to until the 2nd part!

Okay, enought with the ranting! Now for the good!

I loved that this one paid tribute to the other three films. I loved how they added music from the first movie into very key moments. I also loved the flashbacks to the other 3 movies! OH and we get to see an Edward flashback when he was a bad boy! Win!

Also, the honeymoon scene was very gritty!! I was a little schocked with how graphic it was! So double win for that! The acting was really great! Kristen Stewart did an amazing job I thought. As did everyone else, but Kristin was by far the best in my opinion.

Another thing I loved about this one was the humor! It had some really funny moments! Mainly including Charlie (I just love him) He was great! Plus we get to see some pretty sick dance moves from the cast!

Overall, I thought it was a good movie. BUT it is definitley not my favorite of the four so far! However, it is worth seeing and I will be buying it to add to my collection (of course!)

**Oh and here is an extra tip for everyone whether you have seen it or not! Stick around until the end of the credits. There is an extra scene at the end. Unfortunatley I didnt get this memo until we had already left and were in the bathroom so I couldnt possibly tell you what it was!**

It did leave me wanting more though! We only have to wait another year for that to happen!!

Day 33 (Last Day!!): Why do you like/believe in Robsten?

I LOVE me so Robsten and I 100% believe in them!! How anyone could think anything different is beyond me! Its so OBVIOUS!!! They just mesh so well together. They are like magnets. When he moves she moves and vise versa! They are both awkward but its very cute! I love their awkwardness!! They make the same gestures and facial expressions, its insane to sit back and watch when they are around each other. The way they look at each other is HOT!! They constantly look like they want to jump each others bones! They would make such beautiful little babies! They are just so adorable words cant describe how happy it makes me to see them together!! I just love them, end of story!

Day 33 (Last Day!!): Why do you like Rob?

What is not to LOVE about Rob? He is HILARIOUS!! He has so much personality. I don't see how people can say he is shy!! He is goofy but in a very sexy way! I love funny guys, such a turn on! He is GORGEOUS!! I don't know who is more gorgeous, him or Kristen! He is an amazing and talented actor. He cares about his fans. He is a musician (HOT) and not to mention a beautiful and sexy voice! He seems like such a nice guy who hasn't changed because of the fame! He just seems very down to earth and like a genuinely nice guy that you could take home to mom! He has amazing sex hair!! I just want to rub my hands threw it once!! Just once! My life would be complete! Did I mention he is hot?

Day 33 (Last Day !!) : Why do you like Kristen?

Whats not to love? She is fierce, not afraid to speak her mind, a talented actress and absolutely GORGEOUS!! She is unique which is one thing I LOVE about her. Shes not afraid to stand out. She is awkward but again I LOVE that about her! She is sexy! She is dating one of the HOTTEST men in the world!! She appreciates her fans and doesn't take them for granted! I honestly don't see how people could not like her. She is an amazing person. Just because she doesn't always say what they want to hear does not make her any less of an amazing actress or person!

Day 32: Favorite on set (any set) picture of Kristen

Its a lot harder with Kristen because she seems uncomfortable in most of the pics of her on set because they are pap photos but I don't blame her! But I don't like t post photos where she is not comfortable! I like happy Kristen :) So here are Two of the ones that I found and LOVE!

Day 31: Favorite Fan encounter with Robsten

Sadly there aren't many Robsten Fan encounters :( Hopefully we will see more popping up soon though!! I love me some Robsten!! Two for the price of one! But this is a good one! Lucky little girls! And Robsten are standing with each other! Notice the hand on hip!

Fan Encounter:

It happened august 15 around 8:30pm. Location: Mtl, that's all I'm going to say. They were leaving in a cab with 2 friends, Tom (already in cab) and Sam.

We were so lucky to see them. Still cannot believe it. I asked Kristen if we could take a pic with her and the kids, she said yes, so I asked her if it was ok with Rob too and she didn't mind. Rob was busy taking pic with 2 other fans. So for the minute we waited I told her we loved her, we loved her work and Rob's and told her I was so happy (???)

I could have said so many things but I was really shaking inside and my heart was beating so fast. She's so beautiful, delicate (tiny) and nice. Before Rob joined us, my husband told her it was a dream come true for me and the girls (I guess for him too). And he made sure again it was ok for taking the pic.

Rob joigned us, and my husband took the pic. I told Rob I loved his work. And they left. As much as I wanted to be in the middle, I was so happy to see her next to him. To me it was important.

I wanted to say so many things to them but it happens all so fast...and my mind went *blank*.

I'm really happy. I will never forget that day and I think our daughters won't too.

Day 31: Favorite Fan encounter with Rob Picture

Here is ONE of my favorite Fan encounters with Rob! Why? Because look how silly and comfortable he is! I would die if I were her! My imagination would go wild after this! The fan encounter is kinda long but very cute! Makes me jealous! By the way this was from 2008 when Rob and Kristen were in Paris promoting Twilight! (Sorry, the photos are tagged)

  

Here is her fan encounter:

Arriving at the cafe I am changing, we consume chocolate and once ready we leave .. I put a lot of time to prepare myself bah so it's not every day that I met Robert Pattinson! So I come before 16h Hotel Crillon, I go to Peggy and they settled in a small room in the center of the luxury hotel, then it makes me sign a contract stating that my picture may be used by any media imaginable. I signed up there and you see the two actors with the director on television doing interviews very well known at the time that .. Once completed this will be our turn this to us! Extra!

We were ready for 10 people, soon to be in front of Robert Pattinson and Kristen !Course .. this was not the meeting we wanted .. It was a dedication .. well unfortunately!But .. this does not prevent me from getting what I wanted ieRobert Pattinson ! I had my notebook, my book, my tshirt, my letter and my poster in the hands and of course the camera that did not trp served elsewhere! I gave the poster to the director who signed my name, Kristen was the signed but I was making the poster ... Anyway, when I come to Kristen it had risen to a photo with a fan .. It only remains ROBERT!HAHAHA! I put my tshirt on the table he noticed the''HOW TO BE''and said, "hey it's how to Be ! " with a huge smile! I give him my letter I said thank you and smiled at me I would 

watch the T-shirtHow To Be and I told him that it relates to my project, which is to bring the film in Paris .. He was very attentive and looked me straight in the eyes .. I think it was hit!The words had not come early .. So I have a little cry: OH MY GOD before him and he laughed .. So I told him good but I have everything written in the letter then read it! and he looks at me and said yes I will read it do not worry! and he smiled at me .. I really thought that I was going down there, so I asked a dedication on my t-shirt I returned, he could read the sentence back and signed below ..Then I grab my book Twilight of the other side of the table, so that he can sign .. he asks me my name and I asked him not to do the same thing it has done for other fans and he said:''very sure "it will mark something just below my name! What was very nice! I take this opportunity to ask him if I could take a picture with him and he said yes with a smile .. The drama! I'm running behind the table and I post next to him, I think that he wanted to do a picture like shoulder-shoulder .. but I did not mean he was turned towards me I took the opportunity to put my right hand on his hip and my 

left hand behind his back as if to take in my arms. "Journalists in front of us and the camera fell upon me and noise .. means a person who manages the event begins to scream, but Robert looks at me and laughs and puts his hand on my right side .. C That was magic! Extraordinary! Legendary! It was great! Then I take the opportunity to watch and ask him if he could make a''funny''picture with me and he says I do not know what This is a funny picture .. so I made him a grin and he said ah bah .. listen I do not know if I can do .. but I'll try I contemplate and I smile while asking 's it can take the picture itself .. He said he agrees unlike his host whom she wanted to hit me because I stay with Robert too! I made a little grimace as he took me and I I thanked him he smiled and it was great!

I then wanted to take a picture with kristen.. But the same lady did not want and asked for security from me .. No doubt that I stayed too long with Robert ... Nothing to do this in was worth it!

Then the journalists came to see me for my tshirt and ask me questions I do not know if I go on television or not to do anything but I think my project can achieve something at least I hope so follow us !
